Is there anything better than a warm, comforting breakfast? We love breakfast so much in this house sometimes we eat it once in the morning and again in the evening for supper! Our favorites are eggs, pancakes, and, of course, bacon! And today I’m sharing with you the best way to cook bacon, it’s going to be life changing!

Best Way to Cook Bacon in 7 Easy Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 420 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper.
  3. Lay bacon slices on parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Cook bacon for 20 minutes in preheated oven. (Oven times may vary)
  5. Remove bacon from oven and transfer to a paper towel covered plate.
  6. Save bacon grease in glass container or grease container for later use.
  7. Allow pan to cool, discard parchment paper for easy clean up.

  • Be sure to check bacon before 20 minutes as all ovens vary.
  • Unbleached parchment paper keeps the mess contained, but this recipe works on an ungreased baking sheet.
